Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

What shipping methods are available?
US domestic standard shipping (3-5 days not including Sundays): $9.99 USD. FREE for all US order> $50 USD.
US domestic express shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99 USD. FREE for all US order> $150.00 USD.
International standard shipping (5-20 business days): $19.99 USD. FREE for all international order> $150.00 USD.
We ship domestically via USPS and UPS, internationally via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
For orders over $300 USD, signature will be required.
How long will it take to get my package?
In stock items (excluding pre-orders) will generally be dispatched within two business days. Shipping time varies depending on country and region.
Orders within the US will generally arrive within 7 business days of purchase for standard shipping, and within 3 days for express shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship world wide via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Standard international shipping $19.99 USD, FREE for all orders over $150 USD.
Please note that we cannot ship international to P.O Boxes, as signatures are generally required. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Just to let you know.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and ShopPay.
How do I make a return?
Unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery ($9.99 USD shipping fee domestic, $19.99 USD for international). Items must be unused in the condition you received them and in original packaging. All sales items are final sales and can only be returned for store credit. We also cannot accept returns of used and/or damaged merchandise without original seals and packaging. To start a return, go to your customer account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can email us at contact@dinotcurated.com to request a new item.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Damages and issues with your product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
